Tim was born in South Africa, then backpacked and worked around the world before settling in North America. After living in the US for 27 years, he found his home in Canada and has lived in Victoria for the past 11 years. ​

​Tim has worked for a decade with commercial construction companies and small residential companies. For 28+ years, he has been self-employed and directly supporting homeowners.
